Am I in tune with myself?

Ask yourself these questions:

arrow right What exercise do you do in your leisure time?
arrow right What physical signs do you experience when you are overtaxing your body?
arrow right Do you have a balanced diet?
arrow right What do you need to change in your diet?
arrow right Do you get enough sleep?
arrow right When did you last 'veg out' with a book, or do something creative?
arrow right How did it feel?
arrow right Who or what emotionally nourishes you?
arrow right Who constitutes your support system?
arrow right Are you able to express your emotions freely, either verbally or in writing?
arrow right When did you last have fun in a social setting?
arrow right What is your 'soul food'?
arrow right How does nourishing yourself spiritually help you?
