ASCA newsletter

Breaking Free, our newsletter, is produced, published, printed and distributed by ASCA volunteers as a service to all our members. Members can download the latest newsletter from the members' section of this website. Members with computer access can receive the latest newsletter by email, whereas others receive it by post.

Please note: Older newsletters (six months or over) are available in their entirety below (in PDF). Newsletters that are newer than six months old have a summary (below) but you will not be able to see or download the whole newsletter unless you have joined ASCA.

We welcome contributions from our members and other interested individuals or organisations. To have your article included in Breaking Free, please email your contribution.
