Resources for Organisations and Staff

Blue Knot Foundation has a fact sheet and video on “Becoming trauma informed” for anyone in the workplace. It aims to help staff and volunteers, employed in any capacity, in any service setting to be aware of the possibility of trauma in the people accessing their service.

Blue Knot Foundation has also produced a fact sheet on "Trauma informed delivery" for managers. It reminds managers of the need for trauma-informed services and the impact of vicarious trauma to their staff, as well as service delivery.

Being trauma-informed helps not only the person accessing a service and the person delivering it but also the service culture itself. Being trauma-informed’ is a win-win for all; this video will show you how.
